Manchester based designer menswear brand Beck and Hersey have stormed into the Spring/Summer 2010 fashion market with a unique range of hoodies, t-shirts and joggers.

Forward-thinking Beck and Hersey’s latest collection is aimed at the Athletic market and is designed to inspire, create drive and focus the mind on sports with practical yet designer styles on offer. Beck and Hersey have recently added the ‘Funktion’ range to their catalogue of clothing.The Funktion collection offers menswear wardrobe basics in an extraordinary range of base and contrasting colour combinations which are designed for every-day wear.

The Joggers

Beck and Hersey joggers are designed to be both practical and functional but with an added splash of style. Beck and Hersey’s team of designers have carefully selected a range of base colours which both contrast and compliment the unique range of Beck and Hersey t-shirts within the collection.

Beck and Hersey joggers come in four core base colours – light grey marl, mid grey marl, charcoal marl and anthracite marl. These co-ordinate well with the rest of the 2010 collection, including the hoodies. All the joggers have a large patch pocket at the back, offering a convenient place for your wallet or keys.

To differentiate the joggers from others on the market, Becks and Hersey joggers have a large branded logo and detailing in vibrant colours at the waist which neatly match the colour of the aglet (for those not in the know, an ‘aglet’ is the plastic coating on the end of the drawstring). Colours of detail for 2010 are vibrant and include orange, blue and lime green.

The Hoodies

Just as much thought has gone into the Beck and Hersey hoodies range, as their joggers. Designed to co-ordinate and complement the other items in the 2010 collection, the Beck and Hersey hoodies also come in a limited range of base colours which include black, anthracite, charcoal, mid grey and white. One of the key features of the new collection are over-sized buttons. Some of the hoodies include these buttons in a polo-shirt style with two at the collar, whilst others use the buttons as a replacement for the more traditional ‘zip-up’ style hoodie.

Some of the Beck and Hersey hoodies range contain contrasting coloured logos and detail at the waist band which match the Beck and Hersey joggers to form a modern day tracksuit. Other styles include large coloured splash logos in the same vibrant colours as the 2010 jogger detailing.

The Tees

Beck and Hersey’s new t-shirt range is graphically led with fresh colours and well positioned slogan applications. Following the same theme as the rest of the menswear range, the Beck and Hersey t-shirts come in a limited range of base colours which include blue, white, anthracite and grey. The t-shirts convey a variety of large logo outlines and solid colour blocks to bring the styles to life.
