Winter is a season that offers you maximum opportunities to experiment with your style. And the latest Duck and Cover Jumpers’ collection allows you to do just that. The latest addition of this brand includes a line of designer jumpers that will ensure you spend your winters in style.
This brand has always offered sense of uniqueness in every garment they manufacture. Starting from dealing with t-shirts initially, they soon went on to cover other domains of menswear and later even the women’s clothing. Their latest addition is the range of jumpers was recently put into the market. This range of jumpers is high on style that offers you that perfectly fashionable look for the winters. The colours are mostly basic and traditional ones like blacks, whites and grey feature often. But you can also find some deviations from the traditional here in terms of choice of design and especially colours. With the likes of pinks and blues, this line of Duck and Cover jumpers makes for a style statement that you might be looking for this winter.
You can choose from a range of jumpers with v-necks and knitted patterns that offer the classic look which never goes out of fashion. For the more fashionable sorts, there is a wider choice like the D&C Kirby jumpers in colours like grey and black with that warm look, snug fit and fashion quotient. There are others too like the D&C shay hoodie or the D&C Ryleigh jumper, both again in shades of black and grey but with a different style. The traditional necklines are just as much in with this Duck and Cover jumper line as are the trendy ones which offer you a chance to experiment with your fashion statement. Besides the conventional jumpers, there are also the other styles that might attract your eye which include likes of D&C zip through jumpers or the D&C Tristian knit and nylon jumpers. Black hoodies, striped jumpers, crew neckline jumpers in basic colours- all make an appearance in this collection. So do the vest pockets which can be found in some of the designs in this Duck and Cover jumpers line. Cotton high necks in colours like white and grey also happen to be a major attraction of this collection. You can also find jumpers in red, blue, brown- all the colours you need to make the winters warm enough for you. Neck designs, snug fits, buttons, textures and slings- these and many more such features can be found in this one of its type collection that ensures you winters remain high on style quotient all along.
This particular line of brand has always focused on changing the way people dress up all around UK and rest of the Europe too. And with their latest collection, they are set to take this concept heads on. The price range for this Duck and Cover jumpers collection is quite reasonable. You shall have to cough up amounts ranging from £50 to about £85 for different types of jumpers available in this line. The affordability of these cardigans also happens to be a highlight of this particular range of clothes.

Duck and cover jackets are probably my favourite item of clothing from the collection, especially the duffer coats. It’s a comfy coat that even has quilted checked lining and just perfect for an outdoor kind of guy. It really is a must have item, every guy will be envious. These coats are an investment, and can last you a few winters. Made of wool, so you’ll be tucked up like a kipper. However, they aren’t made for the Antarctic, they are more of a style statement, than something you just chuck on when its cold.
Prices range from a starting price of £59 right up to £143; in grey, black or checked. So you just can’t go wrong, these are High Street prices for top quality design and materials by Duck and Cover. It’s definitely an item on my boyfriends Christmas list, put it that way. You can wear these jackets with absolutely anything, but don’t wear too much pattern with the checked jackets or you’ll look like you’ve got dressed in the dark. But whatever floats your vote, I guess.
Masculine and military trends are all over this seasons collections, so accessorise with pieces from these trends if you don’t want to go the whole hog. Seriously though, what are you waiting for? I know how indecisive you sometimes are, but with these jackets, they really are being laid out on a plate for you. Grab yours from the Duck and Cover Jackets collection now, before we are out of stock.

As a fashion writer, I spend hours each week writing about different fashion items from designer jeans to cosy hoodies, funky belts to stylish footwear. This week when I got asked to write about a t-shirt of my choice that conveys high-end styling, one brand immediately came to mind – Duck and Cover clothing.
Established in 1996, Duck and Cover clothing took the fashion industry by storm. The main reason for this is that their fashion philosophy was fresh and not something commonly seen within the fashion arena. Their aim was (and still is) to draw inspiration from conventional styling but give items a funky new twist to make them different from other items currently on the market.
Duck and Cover clothing is synonymous with high-end styling so I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce the Thor Duck and Cover t-shirt. This t-shirt is a cross between a long sleeve t-shirt and a jumper in its styling. Available in slate grey or black, this t-shirt oozes military styling.
The Thor t-shirt features ribbed detailing to give it an air of horizontal pin-stripe, a formal vibe on an otherwise casual t-shirt. To the left shoulder is a traditionally styled epaulet featuring loops and button detailing whilst to the right shoulder is a more modern off-centre epaulet with hole punched and metal button detailing. The military styling is further carried through this style with a flap top, button fastening pocket to the upper left arm and a panel to the upper left chest. In addition to these there is a button fastening panel to the side of the t-shirt in-line with the waist.
This piece from Duck and Cover t shirts features a subtle logo to the chest as well as a branded panel to the arm – both of which reinforce the designer brand behind this quirky style. The final style element of this t-shirt is the longer length hem. Designed to finish just below the hips, it ensures your low back is kept warm throughout the winter. This is a practical design element that doesn’t impact on the overall style of the t-shirt.

Duck and Cover t-shirts appeal to the sports fanatic inside you, perfect for casual wear when your hanging out with friends or even if you want to impress at the gym. These bold, colourful prints will make you stand out from your friends and get the attention of the ladies. They are short sleeved, round high neck and fitted. They produce a range of colours and designs to suit you. Prices start from £19 to £34, depending on how much you are willing to pay for the price of fashion.
You can be who you want to be in Duck and Cover attire, all you’ll want to do is show off your new winter wardrobe. There are smart grey and black plain t-shirts, if your wanting something a bit more smart than casual. This year the masculine fashion look is basic macho. Not only will you be wearing the latest Duck and Cover fashion, but no doubt your girlfriend will be stealing your t-shirt to wear for bed. But don’t you dare let her, these aren’t any ordinary t-shirts.
You’ll be prepared for anything life throws at you in these beauties. Not only that but Christmas is just around the corner and instead of your mum and Nan buying you something you don’t want and will probably have to give to a charity shop, drop them hints about Duck and Cover. You’ll be wearing something they bought and you like, that way everyone wins.
Always be rebellious and don’t ever let me catch you Ducking and Covering.

In the last week, the weather has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Almost unheard of in November, several places throughout the United Kingdom have seen snow fall and we’re not just talking about remote areas of Scotland here. Even Cornwall, renowned for its warm weather has seen a flutter of snow. For those that hadn’t already done so, winter clothing is being bought en-mass.
One designer brand with their finger on the pulse this season is Duck and Cover. Amongst their winter clothing range are a host of hoodies, jumpers and jackets which are sure to keep you warm this winter. Duck and Cover are renowned for their quirky clothing collections. The brand draws inspiration from a wide range of eras and styles to create unusual clothing which is both practical and ultra stylish.
One of the Duck and Cover jumpers which is set to be very popular this season is the Langley jumper. This jumper has been designed to add a modern, urban twist to smart styling. It is available in two contemporary colours for the current season – grey and navy blue. Both of these colours are very versatile and can be teamed with virtually anything in your wardrobe.
The Langley Duck and Cover jumper has a high round neck line which creates an optical illusion to widen the chest, making you look broader than you are. A low hemline at the waist makes this jumper ideal to wear with low slung jeans without exposing flesh to the cold air whilst again increasing your perceived chest size.
Single button detailing to the collar combined with faux pocket detailing and urban font branding to the upper left arm give this jumper a military vibe. Ribbed detailing to the neck and shoulders provides an extra texture to the jumper whilst a subtle Duck and Cover logo to the chest conveys the designer aspect of the garment.
The ideal way to wear Duck and Cover jumpers such as this is to team it with low key jeans. The jeans should be classically cut with very little detailing or embellishments. Wear with pumps for a funky laid-back look or smart shoes for a more formal look.

Checks, checks and more checks, in an array of different colours to choose from, these were made for a casual dude who likes comfort above anything else. Only to be worn with jeans, anything else and it just wouldn’t do the shirt any justice. Checks have definitely been the most popular trend for men and women in the last year and there’s no way you’ll see them going out of fashion any time soon either. If you like being poplar and following the trends, then you must own at least two checked shirts in your wardrobe because it would be a fashion crime not. If you haven’t, pull your socks up and start your collection now. Prices for this Duck and Cover trend start from £43 and go up to £58.
A Duck and Cover’s customer is a guy who likes to stand-up and be counted. Work hard, and play hard. You want to stand out from the crowd, with a stylish but cool ‘look at me outfit’. We respect every single garment, they are made to the highest standard anyone could possibly achieve. We love what you love and that’s how we get it right every time. We care what our customer thinks and what he wants, making sure we take into account the trends of each season, when we’re designing and creating our garments. We take fashion, give it a twist and then put our Duck and Cover stamp on.
Ye har, cowboy! Cruise around in around in Duck and Cover shirts.

Over the last three winter seasons, fashion has been inspired by designs and themes from yester year. This season is no different with the era in trend being the late 1930s. Although this era is often associated with dancing girls and dapper gentlemen, the trend is actually much more down to earth than this. The trend is the lumber jack shirt but most designer brands have given it more up to date styling.
One designer brand which has incorporated the lumber jack shirt into their current collection is Duck and Cover. This brand is renowned for their ability to take a traditional item and add quirky styling to bring it bang up to date for the fashion conscious male buyer. Duck and Cover have not created a lumber jack shirt as this would be too conventional for this off the wall brand, instead they have created a lumber jack inspired jacket.
The Maverick Check Duck and Cover Jacket is available in two colours for the current season. The first is steel check which incorporates shades of grey, black and white to create a modern coloured check. The second colour option available is poppy check which includes vivid red and black check which is very eye catching. Both of these colours have a more modern palette than conventional lumber jack shirts which are traditionally variations of dark red, blue and white in design.
Although traditionally lumber jack shirts are button fastening, this modern Duck and Cover jacket has zip fastening with additional button detailing. Two pockets can be found to the chest whilst two further pockets can be found further down the front. An additional pocket can also be found on the left arm to add a further hint of modern styling. Infamous Duck and Cover branding can be found to the arm and back of the neck along with the buttons and zip whilst military styling in the form of should detail has also been added to this style.
The ideal way to wear this piece from Duck and Cover jackets this season is layered over a thin sweater and under a gillet for a casual look.

Over the years the fashion arena has seen numerous styles when it comes to designer denim jeans from bell bottoms to flares, skinny jeans to boot cut, standard fit to jeggings. But the look that is in trend for winter 2010 is actually a throw back to all of these styles. The new look for this season is vintage.
Although there are now numerous online vintage stores as well as the odd high street store selling vintage, it is notoriously difficult to find jeans in a style and size that meet your needs. It is therefore a blessing that many designer brands have incorporated vintage styling into their new jeans. Take the quirky brand Duck and Cover for example, this brand is famous for taking conventional garment designs and working their design magic to give it a funky new look. In this case, they have taken some of their styles and reworked them to have a distressed and worn vibe – a modern take on vintage.
One such pair of jeans is the Oxygen Nado Tint Distressed Stonewashed Duck and Cover jeans. As suggested in the name, these jeans are available in a blue stonewash colour which looks pre-worn. To the front of the jeans are areas of fading around the thighs whilst to one leg there is a scuff. Another scuff can be found on the rear which really makes these jeans have a vintage worn but loved feel about them.
To the front of these Duck and Cover jeans are two conventionally styled pockets. However to the rear, one of the pockets features zip fastening which has been made to look cheekily disguised. A branded patch panel can also be found on the rear waistband of these jeans to convey the designer brand whilst a subtle Duck and Cover jeans logo can be found on the rear pocket.
In a regular fit, these mens designer jeans can be worn with a shirt and shoes or boots for a smart evening look or dressed down with pumps and a sweater for a more relaxed look. The Oxygen Nado Tint Distressed Stonewashed Jeans are a great way to worn brand new vintage.
