Delivery Info
UK Delivery
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 6pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know a delivery has been attempted.
We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been despatched.
Standard Delivery
Deliveries are usually made within 1 to 3 days of your order being placed (Please Note occasionally deliveries can be delayed fdue to unforeseen circumstances)
UK standard delivery is £2.99 for all orders, Excluding the Next Day Delivery service which is £5.99
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is £5.99. Place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday to receive your order the next working day.
Next day delivery is not available to some UK destinations (Please contact us for more Info)
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is £5.99. Place your order before 12pm Friday to receive your order on the next Saturday.

Can I have my order delivered to my local Duffer store?
Duffer Menswear now offer FREE delivery to a host of Duffer stores.
Don't want to wait for your delivery? You can order online and have the order sent to your nearest Duffer store for FREE!
We currently deliver to all Duffer stores
Here's how it works:
- Step 1 - Buy Online

Order Online selecting "free delivery to store" option at checkout and please inform us via the Notes Section which store you would like your purchased item/s to be delivered to, its as simple as that.

We'll be adding more stores very soon so please check back regularly.
The time it takes to arrive in store will vary from store to store, however would usually always be within the next working day.
Don't worry! We will send you an e-mail & text message (where a mobile number has been provided on your order) when your items are ready for collection at the store.
- Step 2 - Collect In Store

Visit the store and speak to a member of staff about collecting your order.
Remember! When collecting your order please bring the following with you:
A copy of your confirmation email or text message and some form of ID
If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it's ready, we will send you a reminder email & text message after 7 days.
After 28 days your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be applied via your original method of payment.
International Delivery
Duffer Menswear is now shipping globally!
We now deliver many worldwide destinations. If your country isn't there send us an email and we'll consider adding it to our list of destinations. charges vary
International Delivery Charges
Charges vary upon delivery destination approx estimated cost between £14.99 - £22.99
Who will deliver the parcel?
Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Interlink Express depending on the weight and value.
Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.
Delivery will take 7 to 14 working days after despatch
A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you send us an email at info@duffermenswear.co.uk
Can I track my delivery?
It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.
Do I pay customs or import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
