Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations...and how?
(a) REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
IMPORTANT :The buyer must contact the seller before sending anything back
Returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes still attached. IMPORTANT: The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked.
Please do not write on boxed item packaging. All items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves.
All items will be checked on return by our Quality Control dept. If the Goods returned are not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged the Company reserves the right to refuse a exchange or refund.
Post and packaging costs are at the Buyer’s expense and are non-‐refundable.
Please note that we advise that ALL Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non delivery by your chosen courier.
Refunds will be processed on recipt of returned item, Exchange for different sizes

Please return the item/s back to us using the address on the invoice enclosed in your parcel.
Please state on the bottom of the invoice the size of the replacement you require.
When we receive the item/s to be exchanged, we will process them as soon as possible and send them out to you.
The buyer may be liable for cost of re-delivery dependant upon the circumstances of exchange.
