Promotions and special offers on the Duffermenswear Website is strictly allocated to the website only and these are not available to in any of the retail outlets.

Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with DUFFER MENSWEAR ONLINE you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. DUFFER MENSWEAR ONLINE retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be DUFFER MENSWEAR ONLINE ADMIN or may in some cases be a third party. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will only be a confirmation. We will send you another email on despatch of your order and that email will consist of what will be in that delivery to you. If there are items you have ordered are not on the despatch email due to availability we will contact you to let you the status of that particular item(s)
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted, the payment will only be processed for items that have been ordered.

(d) Discount Codes
(i) Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
(ii) Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
(e) DUFFER MENSWEAR  Gift Vouchers
(i) Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by, they are usually valid for upto 1 year DUFFER MENSWEAR ONLINE has the right to change the validity in extreme cases maybe shorter or longer.
(ii) We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers.
(iii) We’ll despatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared or on your specified delivery date (if this is later). We’re afraid we can’t be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
(iv) If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect.
In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
(vi) Under no circumstances DUFFER MENSWEAR ONLINE will be issuing refunds on gift vouchers
(vii) As you’d expect, we reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions.

5. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations...and how?

(a) REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please note: The following guidelines must be adhered to to excercise the right to exchange/return items ordered from us: All returned items must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
IMPORTANT :The buyer must contact the seller before sending anything back
Returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes still attached. IMPORTANT: The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked.
Please do not write on boxed item packaging. All items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves.
All items will be checked on return by our Quality Control dept. If the Goods returned are not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged the Company reserves the right to refuse a exchange or refund.
Post and packaging costs are at the Buyer’s expense and are non-­‐refundable.
Please note that we advise that ALL Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non delivery by your chosen courier.
Refunds will be processed on recipt of returned item, Exchange for different sizes
IMPORTANT : The buyer must contact the seller before sending anything back.
Please return the item/s back to us using the address on the invoice enclosed in your parcel.
Please state on the bottom of the invoice the size of the replacement you require.
When we receive the item/s to be exchanged, we will process them as soon as possible and send them out to you.
The buyer may be liable for cost of re-delivery dependant upon the circumstances of exchange.

(c) CANCELLATION
Please be advised all orders can only be cancelled via emailing us at info@duffermenswearonline.co.uk . Then we will email you confirmation of cancellation. All orders can only be cancelled within seven (7) days of placing the order. If in any case the product has been despatched then this will be returned at cost to yourself the customer. This does not affect your statuary rights.
(d) DELIVERY
All goods in stock will be delivered within 1-3 working days as long as it ordered before the cut off point of 1pm Monday to Thursday, orders placed on friday will be delivered on Monday. subject to stock availability
(e) SPECIAL DELIVERIES

If Things Go Wrong

We warrant that the Goods which we supply are of satisfactory quality and are fit for the purpose for which Goods of that nature are commonly supplied.

 If you return Goods to Us for a reason other than if You change Your mind, We will inspect the Goods and either replace them or refund the full purchase price for Goods which We reasonably accept are defective or faulty or which are otherwise not in accordance with the Contract. This is subject to you returning the Goods to Us within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from delivery where you believe they are faulty for any reason. This is known as the "Warranty Period"

 We will replace the Goods or refund you provided that the defect or fault is not caused by usual wear and tear, damage caused deliberately or accidentally, your negligence or if You fail to follow product instructions or if the Goods have been misused, altered or repaired without Our approval. Any refund will also include any delivery charges which you have paid and Your cost of returning the Goods to Us. If We do not find any fault or defect then Your cancellation and refund rights are limited to those set out also in the above paragraphs, although this does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe that Goods have a defect then you should not make any further use of them before returning them to Us. After the Warranty Period, refunds and exchanges shall be at Our discretion except that Your statutory rights are not affected. These are your rights granted by law and which cannot be changed by us.

return the Goods in an unused condition to Us (by courier or recorded delivery please,) to the address on invoice or if you have paid using a credit or debit card you can return the Goods in an unused condition to any Duffer Menswear store together with the dispatch or delivery note as proof of purchase.

 We will aim to process your refund or replace the Goods as soon as possible but will do so within 30 (thirty) days of you returning the Goods to Us. If you have paid using a credit or debit card and if you choose to return Goods to one of our stores within the Warranty Period, any refund or replacement due will be made at that time except that any delivery charge refunds which are due will be processed separately.  Finally, whenever You return Goods to Us either because You believe they are faulty or because You change Your mind, We ask that Goods are returned to Us, either by recorded delivery or courier so that You have proof of posting.
